Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026. This is a template — have a lawyer review it before charging customers.
1. The service
DealStreaming is a software tool that surfaces publicly available marketplace listings alongside pricing analytics to help you source inventory. We do not buy, sell, or broker products, and we are not affiliated with eBay Inc. or Amazon.com Inc.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trials convert to no access (not a paid plan) unless you choose a plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the data feed; scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service; use the service to violate marketplace terms or any law; or share one account across a team without a multi-seat arrangement.
5. No guarantees about deals
Pricing data, profit estimates, sales-rank figures, match confidence, and gating indicators are estimates derived from third-party data and can be wrong or stale. Purchasing decisions are yours alone. We are not liable for losses from inventory you buy or fail to buy.
6. Third-party accounts
If you connect an Amazon seller account, you authorize us to access it via Amazon's Selling Partner API on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes our stored credentials for it.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused full months in cases of termination without cause.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
